نبذة عن الكتاب:
This book explores the approaches of the Egyptian and common law legal systems to matters of tortious liability in private law. Using mainly the common law of England, similar though not necessarily identical with Nigerian common law, as the primary comparator, the article explores examples of tort at common law and illicit acts in Egyptian law to identify areas of convergence and/or of divergence in the approaches of the two significantly different legal system.
